common thread like this would be a nice way to discover
something.

current faves:
Brian Eno - 1/1 from Music for Airports (always a staple)
Aphex Twin - Stone in Focus
Tod Dockstader - Apocalypse
Throbbing Gristle - After Cease to Exist
Godspeed You Black Emperor - Dead Flag Blues (not sure if

I swear, if i had a penny for everytime i listened to 'stone
in focus', or a lot of those lekker ambient songs on ambient
works 2, i'd be an even richer man. Sometimes they hit the
spot, other times it's more of a meh, heard this about a
million times before! *snore*
