i decided to sell animal crossing it killed my balls after some months even if its a great game i usually play with random people with mario kart ds, i also played with tridenti but he is strong :< (i don't like to do sneaking every inch of the track), so i'm an amateur |

haha yeah, but its impossible really, always getting items tossed at you. Has anyone noticed the item system doesn't work the same way as single player. I don't like it, less blue shells, golden mushrooms, lightnings and stars. It's kinda unbalanced imo. |

if you get a car with a better item rating, you tend to get better stuff. i think the lack of cooler items may be because you can't have a rank below fourth in wifi play, and those items usually go to people in ranks 5 or below. but i could have sworn i've gotten some of those items in multiplayer - i could be wrong though, but i KNOW i haven't seen lightning bolts or gold mushrooms. |

Yeah it was just this one game I was playing, the dude was snaking like mad and none of us were getting red/blue shells, or lightnings to slow him down. It was pretty fustrating. I did play a game last night where one dude was pretty far behind and he got a lightning. Oh and just my luck - I was in first for once on Rainbow road, i was just about to reach the finish line and show up this Japanese hoser when some nub launched a blue shell at me, I would have won but I was so close to the edge when it hit me, I ended up falling off the course and getting 3rd place. :( |
