If so, what would you consider to be the 3 most recognizable features of the city?

I lived in a hotel parking lot in my car for 3 days in Oakland. Id say Oaklandis full of more white nondescript buildings than any other place on earth. Its also a place people like me go to breakdown after driving and ruining your car in the desert. Avoid Barstow too. Same kinda thing
