www.download.com, sort by best reviews or highest downloads
then reviews to see which ones have what you want

I use Lynx, by far the fastest. And smells good. Fusion.

IE7 beta has tabs, but I wouldn't recommend it.

each firefox release is worse than the previous one,
although some extensions are great, and opera, dunno, don't
like the user interface.

more bugs, does not support fantasy protocols such as
lastfm:// and it's slow

I found Opera to be by far the best, but if you must have
another I used to be a big fan of one called Avant Browser.
I'm not sure if it's still being updated or not as I haven't
used it in at least two or three years, but it had tabbed
browsing and I loved it at the time.

Good luck!
