nice thread!

Many jellyfish are rather plain looking, but some are quite
magnificient, especially certain deep-sea species. This one
is not of the deep-sea variety, I believe, but beautiful
none the less. It's a Lion's Mane Jelly.

Also, ctenophores are pretty strange. Many are
clear/colorless but refract light beautifully.
