You should try some brunost. It's better and won't make you
fat

I'll try it. I like to dip salted pretzels into the Nutella.
Oh God.

nutella is fantastic, i've used in milkshakes too, and eaten
straight from the jar. it's awesome, but not actually that
good with bread which is it's main purpose

did you use bread or toast? i find nutella delicious on
toast...

nutella milkshake sounds tempting, what other ingredients do
you mix in?

in germany they have ice cream cones with some kind of
frozen nutella in it; they're called "nucki". very good. : )

yeah it's delicious, but it doesn't go that well together,
it's only because bread is really bland.

just milk, vanilla/choclate ice cream, and a generous scoop
of nutella for the old milkshake, also toblerone milkshakes
are awesome, i just grate them down. mars bar too. i've used
mint slices for a .... minshake (haha) although mixing the
lot asn't as good as having the distinct flavours.

With food I only buy the cheapest generic brands.
You ever notice the marketing tactics of say granola bars?
I would be a marketing genius:
1) make your box bigger than the others
2) have more individually wrapped bars than the others,
quantity of which is written in large font on front of
package. perhaps cut the bars in half like twix or something
and define the halfs as full bars.
3) however have the total ounces in the whole package
smaller than the rest, viewable in the very smallest legally
allowable font (preferably in nearly the same color as the
background)
4) look at the packaging of the other brands and use some
sort of standoutish clashing opposite color scheme for the
packaging
5) use the cheapest ingredients possible but use weasel
words and such to describe them in seemingly great quality
6) make up some nonexistant female 'gourmet granola bar
making expert' and put her picture on the back, using an
elegant soap-opera like font to make some bullshit up about
the history of the company.
7) actual company is in downtown LA, purchased cheap because
it is infested with rats and such. Pay minimum wage to
employees to put the stupid bars you don't care about into
the packages, or preferably just use a machine assembly
line.

8) charge the highest price, but making it seem the cheapest
using the 'more individually wrapped bars' tactics and such.
Even though the box is big, the contents are small, so your
BOX is the cheapest, but actual profits are the most.
9) change your company name whenever people catch on, which
they probably never will.

everyone notices marketing tactics.

in australia (and probably everywhere else) i notice the
major brands have depressions in the bottom of their jarred
products, and those they need fill it with less contents.
saving them money.
