Wow, I really like the song when it changes over and goes kind of crazy. Reminds me of the kind of thing plaid manages to achieve sometimes, except they usually fuck it up by using too many disharmonious and ugly notes. I like the bass synth. The higher pitched, main melody during the first half I think could stand to be more subtle. I can see you doing some amazingly catchy things with that bass. But perhaps try making that main melody quieter during the first half. If you have it sort of panning left to right a bit, fading in and out a little, it would be really trippy. And the second half would really explode if the main melody in the first half were more subdued. Nice work |
