in your city, when you sit down at a chinese restaurant, are there normally chopsticks or western silverware laid out on the table (this is assuming you are not a regular with a known preference).
I hate cities where they never default chopsticks. like pittsburgh. fucking shitland. fuck you too, assholes

jesus christ where the fuck is that?
also, it may seem incongruous, but better places generally have disposable, not washable. why should I put in my mouth what has been elsewhere! no sex before marriage!!!!

yeah sesame chicken is an asian-american dish but it's fucking excellent!
let me also shout out respect for places that have sufficiently clumpy rice that eating with chopsticks is quick!!!
these days, when an entree has white rice, I eat the too separately rather than mixing. makes chopstick handling simpler and over all duration lesser!!!!

I havent found a place with good sticky clumpy rice. Why i havent is beyond me. Maybe i am looking in all the wrong places.
Mixing is ok but i like seperate aswell. It just feels more natural. That probably doesnt make sense but i am more comfortable enjoying the rice and its consistancy on its own.

yeah definitely. I used to find the rice bland and felt in needed to be, err, imbued with a sauce for some flavor, but honestly now I like using it as a calm base between spicy mouthfuls.
