It's like being in virtual reality, a huge set of rooms and
spheres full of outdated 3d environments that are very
polygonal. yes.

interesting fact:

'Ambient' was released without Moby's consent. His manager
grabbed a bunch of his ambient tracks (without permission)
and threw an album together to combat Aphex Twin's SAW, both
albums were released in 93. Ambient was also the only Moby
album where his name was printed as Richard M. Hall.
He stopped released albums for Instinct Records after
Ambient and signed on with Elektra.

I think he's a fucking hack and a cheeseball.
I'm not trolling, I honestly hate his smug, money grabbing
face and his shitty, bland music. Every track he does just
sounds like a generic example of the genre he's in.
I remember hearing "Bodyrock" on the radio and saying to my
friend Mark:

"God, I can't believe people are doing third rate imitations
of somebody as commercial as Fatboy Slim."

"Yeah mate, it's Moby."

"Oh, right, makes sense then."

His early stuff is ok, so is his later stuff, but a lot of
his later stuff has been samey, except for Hotel which was
very good.
