shure e4 headphones

I bring up in ear headphones now and then, and there's been
an update, I have e4's now, they are superior to every
single headphone or set of speakers I've used. I hear the
limitations of all my audio formats, little acoustic
nuances, tiny electromagnetic interferences, details in
basslines, etc. It's absolutely wonderful. The first thing
I listened to with them was bach's contrapuntus 9 from the
art of fugue on organ since it has a bunch of shit played by
the feet, and it sounded great. then muziq remix of aphex On
since I love that more than anything.

I am very lucky, my girlfriend works there this summer and
got them for me. have a link

I still have no fucking music I really feel like listening
to, but whatever. Right now it's forcasa 1, which uses them
pretty sweetly.

I am bored TOO

I have them too. Great headphones, but not quite as good as
my Sennheiser 650's.

those look quite nice.

Are you careful about maintaining your e4's? People who work
at shure (and their website) moan a lot about cleaning them
meticulously. Also, do you use the plastic buds or the
squishy foams?

They sit neatly on the desk next to my bed. I use the E4C's
for my portable MP3 player, and they're much nicer than the
E2C's I had before it.

I use the foam earbuds, as they give the best sound/comfort
for me.

"bach's contrapuntus 9 from the art of fugue on organ"

you are by a long way, the most pretensious member of this
board, well done=]
