When soup is done properly it's great. When it's basically water with some vegetables boiled in it (or worse still, just some powdered chemical added) it's rubbish. Tip for making soup: Get the cooked, diced vegetables. Take 2/3 and put them in a food processor and blend it. Chuck the remaining undiced food into the blended mix and there you have it; nice thick soup that actually tastes of something. |
