ive aquired an iso file. how do i make this file into a bootable cd, or how the cd should be. can it be done with nero?

yeah you can, i don't have nero installed at the moment but there is a burn image option in one of the menus

If you don't actually have to boot from it, if you just want to access the files, Winrar and 7-zip are both capable of opening ISO images as though they were zip archives.

or download/install Daemon Tools, thusly creating a virtual drive on your system.
