does anyone know of any company offering a good deal on
dialup internet access in the uk?

i want to pay a flat monthly rate and not pay call charges,
but everyone i've checked out so far seems to be about £15
a month, which seems a lot seeing as you can get broadband
for less than that...

any ideas?
