you know language stuff, right?

an adverb describes a verb
an adjective describes a noun

therefore, can a noun be called a "jective" ?

i'm probably speaking complete shit here

No.. well, not in english anyway.

"ad" is latin for, you guessed it, "to add to".. so yes,
perhaps in latin a "jective" is a legitimate word for a
noun.
