Brew? As in tea? That seems like it might be better tasting, but an unneeded amount of mass. Dried and ground with a coffee grinder sounds like the best way to me - mixed with a spoonful of strawberry jam. One swallow (no chewing) and it's gone, quickly followed by the beverage of your choice. Quick and fairly painless. |

its definately a different high...and it helps with the nasty taste of eating em alone.... just dont eat the crumbs at the bottom of the pot you boil them in.. :) |

I've done shrooms maybe 25 times and only had one bad trip.... and that was from tea. All I clearly remember was that I felt like shit, I was pouring sweat and I sat down on the verge of vomiting... and I went into a void where I kept going deeper and deeper into this spiral, but unlike my other trips I can hardly remember what I was seeing. My buddies say I was drooling at the time. All three of us ended up having pretty bad trips. It just comes on too strong and all at once, it's a mess. Just eat em up raw, I say. |

I should mention my perferred method of eating them is to break all of it up (usually 5.0 grams dried) and swallow them in small handfuls with orange juice. I can't chew them at all... just gotta swallow the bits up. |

i'd recommend to pulverize them and have them into some not too hot soup. the effect comes quicker and is a bit stronger too. |

roygbivcore is right. heat kills psilocybin, so 'brewing' is a no no. boil water, let it cool for a few minutes, then add your shrooms if you really insist on having tea. comes on faster, lasts shorter (also depending on if you eat the mushroom material, or drink the tea only). |

I really never understood everyone's taste aversion to shrooms either. They are pretty tasteless and textureless. I usually chew them up and hold them under my tongue for 5 minutes or so, about until they get so soggy that they no longer have any definitive shape. |
