in all of my adobe programs (photoshop cs, illustrator cs,
acrobat) i am having a wierd glitch where i can't use the
spacebar + command (macintosh) to zoom, yet each key works
independently. also can't zoom out, or use the hand tool
shortcut (spacebar). i'm thinking it's memory, but i'm not
running anything extra or doing anything differently than
before. this started last week. any idea?

it's also not the keyboard, i've switched. restarted many
times, close & reopen the programs, tried different files,
etc. this is quite annoying mind you, it's slowing my
productivity.

Maybe shortcut configuration has been lost. Have you checked

unabomber: yes, checked that

but it appears it was a font issue. i had installed a font
set for a job we worked on last week that was doing strange
things to my mac. i had to delete system fonts to get them
to work! so once i deleted this new set from suitcase, my
short cuts came back. damn computers.
