my back hurts

it hurts a lot, my back that is. I can barely move! I
didn't do anything to trigger it either, not like heavy
lifting or anything like that. I bet I have that disease
where your spine fuses together; my dad has that
disease--apparently it's triggered by past back injuries or
something. This isn't good, I fractured my back twice when
I was a gymnastic.

I can jizz very nicely though

hmm sounds like you have a case of hypochondritis. do some
yoga, i have terrible posture, (dunno if thats cause or
effect tho) and my back constantly hurts like fuck. i can't
recommend anything because i havent bothered to sort it out.
but i'm going to start trying some yoga

almost definetly does absolutely nothing

Upper back or lower back? Spinal or muscular pain?

that doesn't sound too bad then.......... maybe lie on your
back on the floor, roll a towel up and place it between the
floor and your lower back. Adjust it so it gives you some
relief.......

If you ahve had back injuries you probaly shouldn't be
moving things for a living anyway

sleep on your back with a pillow under your knees, that will
straighten your back out and eventually ease the pain
(hopefully)

i used to get back pain similar to what you are describing.
when you are walking try to be conscious of your posture and
walk upright and don't slouch

if it keeps up longer than a week, go see a doctor.

I think things are going to be fine now, at least it seems
to be subsiding a little. I think what may have caused it
(or compounded it) was when I asked my friend to poke it but
instead she punched it and stepped on it and kicked it.
Yeah, I remember now, it started being unbearable about 3
minutes after she did those things...

in other news, I got my ASUS P5WD2-E Premium motherboard
today

training a six pack helps against back injuries. the amount
of back injuries of the national dutch rowing crews
decreased significantly after they introduced the "six-pack"
exercises.

for any muscle aches, just stretch and maybe take an asprin
or ibuprofen. Obviously don't take asprin or ibuprofen if
you are allergic to them :P

i saw an... whatever the spine specialist is called... and i
had to stand in my grundies for 15 minutes while she made
condescending noises about bits that were sticking out and
bent and whatnot. then she gave me ibuprofen and said stop
doing jumps on your snowboard because youre much too shit

hope that helps

drugs like valium and other awesome benzos do wonders for my
back pain.

then again mine is upper/mid back and stress related, so its
a tad different story.

whoops.
