Does anyone have any idea how many records Richard James
has sold?

This is something that I have been curious about for a while
now.

And if you were serious there, I didn't mean how many
records he's released, but how many copies he's sold.

God, I hope you weren't serious though, because that just
made my day...

was that 100,000 in scandinavia, or worldwide?

dont forget, distribution companies are all in on the hype
;)

That was worldwide. But I doubt that BoC are really SO
underground. I have seen big posters of Geogaddi here in
Trondheim. Druqks too.

trondheim...man, i recognise that town-name for some
reason...is it anything to do with edvard grieg do you know?

No. He was from Bergen (I think). Maybe because of the
football team? Rosenborg

oh, they are from trondheim are they? i didn't know that, so
it must be some other reason that i know it... when i was 4
i went to Oslo twice - loved it. the first and last time i
did a back-somersault, standing on the edge of a
fountain...and on the plane back i say next to one of the
actors out of auf wiedersehn pet - the one that died of a
drugs overdose!

Carew played in rossemborg
now in valencia
rossemborg is not a very good team but they use to be hard
to beat... they fight a lot... still norway has a lot to
improve... but they won spain in the last european cup and
they also won brazil in 1998 (france)
Flo is a great player

offline mortsto-x from Trondheim/Bodø (Norway) on 2002-03-06 19:08 [#00114471]
Points: 8062 Status: Lurker

I think Carew is a bit over-rated. Both him and Flo are OK,
but they are no good on the national team (Flo hasn't scored
for ages). But the match against Spain was cool. The
national team is a bit boring. And Rosenborg is taking all
the good players from my local team. So I hate them!!!
