Well personally i hate defining music into genres, and
ambient is just a word.

i dont know how else to put ambient, but it means something
like "sorrounding".
(omsluttende)

SAW II is that, i belive

Id say SAW II sounds like a soundtrack to dreams....some
very surrounding, some playful....all seem to have that echo
which sorta reminds me that what could be happenening during
this soundtrack is boundless o the
imagination....anyhoo...im gonna go eat som froot snaks!
mmm!

Well, I suppose "selected ambient works volume 2" would HAVE
to fall under the ambient category, regardless of how you
define it, since it has "ambient" in the title. It's a 2 cd
set of very minimal songs or just sounds, usually, slow and
drifting, that lack any musical construction (the way music
is normally thought of to be constructed/ no beats.) There
are some pretty cool tracks. It's good haunted house music,
or not too distracting when you do your homework or
something. Supposedly, he made them all in dream sequence.
Considering he was only getting 2 hours of sleep a day, he
could probably dream while awake, the crazy nut.
