do u use last fm?

its pretty neat being able to listen to uninterrupted full
length trax of any artist, and skip the track if u want to
too. currently listening to artists similar to Global Goon.

i discovered 2 artists i was unaware of by doing this. Pub
and Lackluster. u heard them? nice ambient.

Lol @ Lacklustre, the hardest working man in IDM.

Pub has released some amazing music, his records can be very
hard to come by in the united states.

now i'll have to stop by last.fm...

I don't think I've ever actually used last.fm's radio
function, I just use it to map my listenings. And I really
wish Obara would use the Profile Editor to delete Energy
Warning because that is so fugly.

look like audioscrobbler doesn't get .cue virtual files in
playlist. Thinks it is one long big track. Lame , isn't it?

Pub has indeed some great ambient work.
I have Summer EP from him, which is one of the most relaxing
EP's I've ever heard.

Through Last.FM I also have discovered many new artists
which are worth listening, like;

Arovane ; Lusine (ICL) ; Vladislav Delay ; Apparat ; and
many, many more

pub is great. except i wish i knew where my "do you ever
regret pantomime?" cd is, someone had it, im sure, maybe
itll pop up. >single is a nice collection, summer ep is
decent, and that one track, paper aeroplane, is wicked.
shame about the ridiculous high end whine in some of those
tracks, it really wrecks it for my ears.

agreed, there are a few tunes that i just can't listen to
because of the high frequencies. he also records as moped
endo and lucky & easy, check the track "spin the empty,"
it's amazing.

unfortunately the most recent album "liltmor" was pretty
weak. but he's got a new cd a la >single coming out, came
out just the other day i think.
