Books?...I could go on all day... But...off the top of my head... Douglas Coupland - all his work, especially "Life After God"... Norman Mailer - A god amongst writers... Martin Amis... Dave Eggers ... Chuck Paulaniuk - Fight Club (but the rest of his 4 novels are to my mind a lot better...)... David Foster Wallace.... Out of Control - By Kevin Kelly will blow the minds of all you science heads...The new Biology of Machines... My bookshelves are overflowing and amazes a lot of my mates when they see my personal library - seems to surprise people when they find out scum like me is well-read... If you wanna check out a few of these texts and a lot of other great writers, get thyself to ... lots of free etexts, including many of the greatest works of the last century... very underground site...due to copyright I guess.... |
