Yeah, they are pretty great, although I have not listened to anything they put out after Tiny Reminders. I guess I have some catching up to do. Oh, and Locked Swords is absolutely lovely - my favourite DJ tool. |

Listening to "From the Double Gone Chapel" again today and it's great. A real triumph of combining "real instruments" and electronica in a way that has the best of both worlds. Some of the synthlines make me think of The Killer's similar technique (to use a synthline in place of a guitar for sections of a track). If you've not checked it out, do so. |
