i have to make the whole audio part of a movie for a contest. what program could i use ?? i tried cubase sx but it crashed all over the time... help me out ! |

premiere is rather for video. but i need also good audio editing like declicking and denoising. i cannot imagine someone recommending cubase sx. i mean my laptop isn't that bad but sx2 worked like a hog... downloading sony acid 6 as we speak... let's see |

You don't have to make the music in the same program as you synchronize it to the video? I hear Digital Performer is very nice for this though. |

you can do it in acid, but only if you have a completely finished video as you can't edit the video only the sound, but you can add it to your project and finally export it as a video with the sound you're creating... |

i hope vegas will be a good choice ! acid has, similar to cubase just one video channel. vegas is cool because it has (at least it should have) unlimited audio AND video channels. so i will be able to do everything in the same time. how cool... |
