What I think about Fabien Porées music An essay by Drunken Mastah, age four and three thirds Girls just wanna have fun. The title reminded me of the eighties which I couldn't possibly remember other than by reincarnation or if quantum mechanics was true. I pressed a link and the music started flowing through my natural soundtm headset. At first it was an always syncoped guitar figure that made me think there was something sinister going on and suddenly I noticed it: a sound was fading in, constantly adding adding adding to the sound. After a while of fierce fighting the guitar was overpowered by its foe and the other sound took over; all the sinister emotion that had been hiding just behind the third supporting beam thingie inside the guitar case leapt out, bit the guitars neck and turned it into a vampire. The transformation was rough and sudden and the guitar went through a state of confusion in which it thought "will I ever fuck again?" Towards the end the answer to its question came.. the answer was "maybe. maybe, but maybe I don't care, maybe." Such was the answer, such was fate, and such was the guitar. Maybe. (it kind of seemed to lack a bit of structure IMO). I'm not doing this. I've thought that many a time when drunk; I see myself holding a bottle of moisturising lotion out through the window repeatedly squeezing it making the lotion squirt out as if it was sperm possibly (but not very likely) hitting pedestrians on the sidewalk seven floors down. I'm not doing this. Me and my friends are laughing insanely while shouting "SPROTSJ!!!" and downing the last of the whiskey in increasingly large shots. I'm not doing this. The bottle is empty and so is the lotion thingie. Time to head out to town. We don't bother stopping by to see if we actually hit anything. (it's got more structure, and though it's not what I normally listen to, it kind of makes me feel ok) there's not much room for the last one, and as you say it's very long, I'll probably need some s |

i listened to all but the last one and i thought the tracks were pretty chill im kinda diggin the sound from the mic as far as just recording it from the acoustic, dunno if you were going for the darker sound with that or what but it works for you i think. on girls just wanna have fun when that synth comes in it reminds me of a train and i like that. |
