the kick in slipknot, and toms, are extremely loud
the production on coal chamber - shock the monkey is just so
ace

what is he appeal of nu-metal, when i think nu-metal i think
linkin park and they are trash. their's alot of good music
out there why waste it on that? p.s. in flames sucks as well
its something trashy metal heads listen to. listen to
motorhead or slayer or something haha.

Deftones are good yeah. Don't like any other though. They
take themselves too seriously.

linkin park is bad. slipknot is just silly.

it's all Trent Reznor's fault, ofcourse.

Today I chose to listen to "Deftones - White Pony" album,
and it still sounded quite good. maybe the only band to be
remembered from the genre "nu-metal"

Yeah, its down to that Chino chap being properly into stuff
like the Smiths, Cure and MBV over most metal stuff,
probably. 'Teenager' off White Pony is such a good track I
rediscovered recently. Deeply nostalgic...
