even though this song in its movie-musical form is totally
gay anthem, it's an awesome jazz standard and John Coltranes
version of it goes so amazingly well with today! There's
still a bit of sun out and I got whiskey in my glass, and
everything just seems so awesome, but awesomest of all right
now is the soundtrack to everything wihch at the moment is
the aforementioned John Coltrane - My Favorite Things! It
may be that John Coltrane deserves the appreciation for this
awesome interpretation, but I think it's the song itself...

"gay", "musical" and "jazz" all in one sentence.

it's too much.

Yeah, awesome song, but let me tell you it's Coltrane who
makes it special. Wich version are you hearing? My Favourite
Things LP? I strongly recommend the darker deeper take that
appears in the Village Vanguard concert. Best live Coltrane
song ever!

Then there's the Sarah Vaughan version, also nice, and with
lyrics. She sings that song in an impressive way!

And finally the Outkast one, just for some fresh air!

Take the Col Trane!
