Has anyone lived there or been to uni there? I'm thinking of going there but am worried it'll seem too small after living in a biggish city and will get bored.

yep ive been there... im 18 and as part of my sixth form we have to go and stay in exeter uni for a week to see what uni life is like...
anyway, its very green. and Very hilly, the whole campus, will make u knackered walking from building to building. the halls that we stayed in were literally like prison cells, no paint on walls, just bricks, and box like room.
the rest of the uni looked ok. the computing deparment looked ok, althougth it was a bit small in corridors underground-ish.
and by the way exeter is a Very much a white place!
thom yorke went to exeter uni. there lots of rich kids there who dont get into oxford/cambridge, so they go to exeter uni.
hope thats of some help!

hehe, cheers grinning cat. I went to the open day and really liked it, but it doesn't tell you much about the nightlife. I'd also heard that its where a lot of rich london schoolgirls go.
as long as they like a bit of rough northerness I'm in! ahaha

They do that!? I'm hoping that while I'm there I can carry on my music and get into some clubs for production etc, we have something in common then!
I was looking for uni's that had studio facilities or something but never found anything!
