the 1st mouse ? heres the story 2 mice fell into a bucket of cream. the first mouse fought for a short while , but quickly gave up. The 2ndMOUSE struggled like fukk and , eventually churned the cream into butter , and crawled out. today , im that 2nd MOUSE ( from the film " catch me if you can " -- but originally an old tale from god knows where ) |

My apologies if people appeared hostile initally, but you must understand that the vast majority of the "first posts" from new users that we get that are similar to yours are from people who sign up and post spam and then never return, or if they do, get shitty when people point this out to them. People here are also generally of the opinion that listening to your stuff is doing you a favour, so usually aren't inclined to spend the time until they've talked to you/you've posted a bit more. |

no worries at all Ceri -- i run a forum myself and we usually send out personal invites so we dont get spammers doin a hit n run , so i understand. Im not deterred in the slightest -- if anything im amazed at the speed that the replies go up -- anywhere else , youd usually wait a year and a bit to get one post so its a breath of fresh air. Looks like im in good company !! =) |
