cool. What's their best album?

wait, are you serious?

it's pop sort of, easylistening music combining rock,
electronic and pop.
dunno which would be their best one as i love them all. if
you want something plain that will put you in a good mood
straight away i 'd go for moon safari, for something a bit
more challenging 10.000 hz legend, and for something that
combines the both talkie walkie.

i've got premiers symptomes, moon safari,
10'000 hz legend and talkie walkie, and
frankly i love them all...

i'd recommend you start with either moon safari or
talkie walkie.

dreamy electronic/ambient/pop songs, sometimes cheesy but
usually in a good way.

They're most recent work, i think,i s a remix of Beck's
'Missing', which was wonderful, one of the best remixes i've
ever heard.

a fresh breath.

I had just never heard of them. I'm under the rock on a lot
of popular music, no matter what the genre.

air are in my top 5 fave bands.

oddly, 10,000 hz legend, an album which seems more heavily
influenced by 'idm' than the others, doesnt get half as much
love as it deserves here.

check out the vagabond, an absolutely sublime track
featuring beck of vocals and harmonica.

for yogurt and candy commercials.

"Radian" from "10 000 Hz Legend" is their most epic track,
very "pinkfloydish".

I recommend you "Premier symptomes" and "10 000 legends".
The two other abums are not as good imo, but very nice
though. Get them all if you can, plus the virgin suicides
OST !

i periodically like or dislike their music. right now i'm
near disliking extremum on a graph. Even surfing on a rocket
which sometimes almost brings tears to my eyes doesn't do so
today.

i guess i'm curious about what their next album will be
like.

surfing on a rocket
cherry blossom girl

i took my girlfriend too see them live for valentines day
maybe 2 years ago? (crap memory) which was when talkie
walkie was due out so maybe they will have something out
soon. they absolutely superb and their support act,
Joy Zipper, became a favourite of mine instantly. great
summery indie electro pop.
