I'm currently in the process of making a mixtape for a
house party at Chequers this Saturday. It's coming out great
but what I really want to do is mix in AFX's Come To
Daddy and to do this I really need an acapella of it,
just the "Come To Daddy/I want Your Soul" bit without
backing beats.. is this possible? Does anyone had the
software available to do this for me? please

nah you'll not be able to do that i reckon, you could sample
it from a copy of hellraiser. i think that's where it's
taken from.

There is software that can remove backing tracks from but
its very tricky and I'm sure it wouldnt work on such a
distorted track. It barely works on minimal hiphop like I
Know You Got Soul. I could send you the acapella from Xtal
if you want

I like it if you could fix it for me to have the Xtal
acapella Dannn_

There is a programme too - d'n'b producer High Contrast
apparently used it on his White Stripes Blue Orchid remix

Just do it yourself by using a crappy mic and shitloads of
effects and distortion.
