I've been trying to get some of my lady friends into aphex, quit a task. Though I was playing some the other night at my friends after hour party, and they all commented that they liked the first track on my mix, which was Acrid Avid Jam Shred. After that, they kinda lost interest it seemed. |

my friend kelly is really into aphex. but she doesnt know much else of the genre(whatever genre youd like to call it). my friend greta also says she likes him but thats only cause she likes me i think and thinks anything i listen to is "the coolest". |

eh, I know about, uhhhm, hold on let me count............. 16 girls that like aphex twin. The majority of them are pretty cool and a couple of them really suck. I guess I know quite a good bit of people into this type of music. I think it's because I'm from an isolated place. The closest 'metropolis' would be about 3 hrs. away (Atlanta) so theirs not anything to do here. This causes everyone to look for other things to do to occupy their time and listening to crazy ass music works pretty well. :D |
