ok, I had some problems with msn a while back I sent microsoft four mails about the problem, and I got no replies whatsoever to any of them. this is the second to last one I sent them just to display some of the frustration... helloooo? is anyone there? if you're there you seem to be unable to grasp the concept that I NEED HELP. If you're going "oh, you need, HELP, eh? that's not our departement," I would like to point out to you that you are the HELP departement, and this is the third fucking "mail" (I doubt these things even go anywhere.. are you afraid you may actually have to work if you tell people how they ACTUALLY get in touch with support?) I've sent you, and you haven't even sent an automatic mail that confirms that you've recieved the request for help! I will now outline my problem once more in hope of this message reaching sentient life once. I changed the email address associated with my passport/msn account, and it says in your help files that my contacts will all have their lists auto-updated. No such thing has happened, but I'm kind of hoping you actually have the system that is supposed to update this information somewhere and that someone may actually be able to use it to "tell" my contacts that I have changed the email? the previous email was: "spj8tl@nameplanet.com" the current is: "torbjorn@olseth.org" I'm using msn 8. as I'm finishing flling out this form (again), I would like to wish you luck in decoding my deviously constructed code (I call it "english"), and let you know that I don't care if I've insulted anyone of you wankers; you deserve it, and it should definately not stand in the way of you ACTUALLY doing your job once in a while. suddenly, today, I recieved a mail from them (today it's like three weeks since I sent a mail to them), but it isn't a mail with a reply to my request (also, oddly enough, it is in norwegian).. the mail is one of those "what did you think about the customer support you've recieved?" oh, t |
