You like The Beatles, so you might like Todd Rundgren, Harry
Nilsson, and The Free Design (this particular grouping is
like Poptropolis, the Toppermost of the Poppermost)
You like the Smiths, so you might like Orange Juice, The
Sound, and The Soft Boys
You like the Kinks, so you might like Moon, Van Dyke Parks
and Nick Lowe
You like New Order, so you might like Orchestral Manoeuvres
in the Dark, Microdisney, and Colder
You like Talk Talk, so you might like Pram, Piano Magic, and
Eyeless in Gaza
You like Spiritualized, so you might like Spacemen 3 (duh),
Flying Saucer Attack and Kitchens of Distinction
You like The Flaming Lips so you might like Robyn Hitchcock,
The High Llamas and The Essex Green
You like Sonic Youth, so you might like... I'm thinking
stuff like Chrome and Pale Saints and shit but I don't get a
particularly popful feeling when I typed that so I quit.

Doesn't really fit in with anyone here but I also want to
throw in David Ackles' name, expert intellectual
singer/songwriter in the Randy Newman mold.

i like exciter and violator by Depeche Mode very much ! i
hate the other bands though

many people here seem to dislike "exciter" ; that's weird
because it was beautifully produced by Mark Bell (aka LFO)

yeah, i like some songs from exciter very very much,
specially "Freelove" but i never liked the hits of that
album.

Freelove is awesome, i also love Comatose. All tracks are
enjoyable imho. Dream On used to bore me but now I think now
that's it's very very well produced, the sounds are
incredible ! And the melody is rather nice !
