i fell asleep after 5 mins. is that good? i guess it was
your eastern-european accent which made me black-out.

you're not trying to hypnotize your listeners into thinking
they like the show, do you?

Super, thanks. And this was your no obscurities set? I'd
like to hear what you consider obscurities next time you do
a cut. You will invert gravity and raise Atlantis.

haha

if you look at that list you can see there are only 3 less
known artists (beta erko, asian beauty and kyo ichinose)..i
could do an obscure version of cut but no one would listen i
think as there's lots of beatless stuff, which i love, but
i'll lose all the listeners (2) if i do it :D

also, i think all these songs work much better if you get
stoned a bit and play them loud..can't get enough of that
jon hassell song, so incredibly good, just love it!

good stuff tolstoyed!

is asian beauty ami yoshida? ive heard some of her stuff ,
it is quite odd to say the least... good to see lory d and
loefah! big up , if you want some slow seedy dubstep check
moving ninja's shellcode 12" and digital mystikz. is the
jeff mills tune of one of those recent 7"s that got compiled
into a cd a short while ago?

yes, that's her, and jeff mills's track is the one from
those 7's, that compilation is just brilliant! i know
digital mystikaz quite well, some real ace songs..will check
that other thing, cheers!

my favorite part was the more techno orientated set in the
middle.
Mika Vainio - hornitus
Lory D - untitled
Jeff Mills - touched
errorsmith - In A Sweat

def have to get more mika vainio and lory d stuff.

really brilliant :)

nothing like experimental music stoned eh.

offline tolstoyed from the ocean on 2006-03-06 06:38 [#01853715]

it fits doesn't it? though i highly enjoy it sober just as
well to be clear :)
there wasn't much experimental stuff in the set, but that
repetitive (almost all tunes in the set) stuff is well
rewarding when a bit stoned!
