Again, i think this shit is really great. Its really
original. Not much for rap music actually, but you do it in
a way that makes me like it. The singing bits in this track,
might be done a bit differently (i know you have it in you)

But seriously, i dig your stuff as much as good albums that
i've been buying recently. This track and "speed limit" is
the best i've ever heard from you .More, more!

thank you! i appreciate it.

you're not the first to say the singing part needs work.

The thing is, it works, and sounds good on "speed limit".

you think so? is it the rhythm or the way its sung that's
quirky? i think it's the rhythm of the vocals myself?

alright. well, i fuckin loved your zelda remix. that tune is
so good its just not funny anymore, and with beats it gets
even better. You did a fantastic job here. Your castlevania
tune i also liked, even the singing so dont even worry.

QFT

For some reason it won't work right for me, and I want to
hear this. I think Castlevania 2 is practically the best
soundtrack ever, pound for pound. Which is to say, there
ain't much there but what is there is insanely good.

Ok. The thing about speed limit is, the rapping sounds kind
of isolated and nerdy (in the most positive sense), and the
singing parts just fits so perfectly the way the like "slip"
in. I dont know the english word that describes what i mean.
"Forløsende" in danish... eh?

In help me i'm dying, the singing just seems like more of a
parody in a sense. And a bit to "loose". Maybe sing in an
octave higher? If you can do that? And some strings behind
would be nice. BTW, your lyrics are really good.

i'll put a copy of it on my brinkster, if it helps.

the only reason i use myspace is because all my friends do.

oh, and i'll ditch those pics soon. i need to just get
motivation to take more pictures, or someone else to get
them for me.

alright, myspace apparently crashed, and it sucks anyways,
so i put it on my brinkster page.

Castlevania 2 Remix (Help Me I'm Dying) Good link this time. I hope.

Haha, I like this, it totally works. Although the
''rap-singing chorus'' part sounds kind of funny. I agree
with Dirtypriest that you should try singing higher, it
sounds kind of wobbly and uneven or something. I think the
thing gels though, it's a great idea.

thank you all for listening!

yes, the chorus needs to be fixed. someone was telling me i
shouldn't sing "With" the choruses, but "Against" them at a
more monotonal voice.

Doubling a riff or melody like that with vocals sounds so
tacky sometimes. That's the only thing I didn't like about
this.

(also I think the tune from the game could have been a
little higher in the mix, no biggie though)

yeah, good point. i'm going to try not to double melodies
any more, because those seem to be the only times people
have a negative thing to say about these mixes.

Thats excatly the same thought i had... dont "double" it.

I would buy an album filled with tracks in the same style.
Seriously.
