ecstacy is wonderful, i've had many, many amazing times on it.. it's naturally best if you have someone to love, good friends and wicked beats around you. i had to stop though because it was really fucking with my head, i think after all the cannabis i smoked when I was younger I was already getting ultra-paranoid on drugs, and E just made it so, so much worse, so I stopped. Also, if you're not particularly happy with your life at the moment, i wouldn't advise taking it (although judging by the number of exclamation marks you're using, it seems as though you're happy enough)... The days after taking E have been fairly depressing and suicidal for me many a time - but it's all my own fault: If you don't have a nice baseline to return to from the high, you're going to feel absolutely shit. If you're comfortable and happy enough with your life at the moment, you should be fine. enjoy! and don't drink too much water! as hanal said, a pint of water an hour and you're set to dance like a madyoke. |

Well, em yeah, smoking certainly helps the come-down on the night, for sure.. as for the following days, yeah, sure why not, and you'll be smoking anyway. To be honest, the following days always felt quite stoned to me anyways.. The next day you're unable to operate (jus like after mushrooms or whatever), and then the next few days I always felt a little woozy. I don't quite know how to judge how happy you need to be with your life - but having somebody to kiss and to hold is a big help. I never got depressed when I was with someone, and then when I was in a long period of chasing this girl, doing e at night, dancing our asses off, and not getting as far as I wanted and feeling terribly alone the next day. That was the crux of it for me, but I don't suppose you'll fall into that so, as I said, you should be ok. You won't feel particularly happy for about a week or so, no matter what, though :) That's why excessive use is a pretty bad idea.. I used to try to keep it to once every 2 or 3 weeks at the most. |

my advice: Get water in a sports bottle, and take sips. Ive only ever done it when dancing and sweating and pissing and stuff so I usually get through a lot but they say only put in what you take out I'd probably do one pill in two halves if youre wanting to keep things relaxed You have to dance a bit or you'll miss out on all the fun! Dance and chat, thats the formula |

they stop working if you do them a lot, it has to be a special occasions thing my experience of comedowns is a lot less dramatic than yours, usually a bit 'ethereal' the next day but fine after that... once I gurned for a whole week but that was kind of funny |

yeah sex is a guarantee, and if he's still up on the drugs, it'll last for hours. dancing with lack of hydration is the main killer - however, and this is something i meant to ask earlier - do you have any heart conditions? they can lead to premature death. more info on that on the good drugs guide i fink. |
