Today i visited this record store. This is one of the best
electronic record store in Toronto? Then what the else are
like? I didnot even find Geogaddi.
I need some money on my VISA and order it from the net...

you can't find Geogaddi in Toronto? Damn, we had it here in
a few stores in St. John's... and here you can usually never
find anything good...

Go to 'penguin music'(across from much music) it's got a
great selection of electonic and indy. Also there's
'Cheapo's' beside the Bloor Cinema. They have an excelent
selection of new and used stuff. Rotate this pretty much
blows for selection.

Dunno, I prefer browsing the titles, and I like that
definite smell of these stores...

Thanks for the tips.

Go to Penguin Music or Metropolis if you can't find anything
you're looking for. Rotate This has the cheapest prices for
Vinyl and cds. Penguin is a little pricier and has no vinyl
but is equally as good. I bought Analogue Bublebath 3 from
them a few days ago. They have (probablyis now had) the
limited book edition of Geodaddi as well as the Vinyl
version of Geodaddi. The cd was $27 and the Vinyl was over
30.

So for electronic based stuff your best bets are Penguin,
Rotate, and Metropolis. All on Queen Street W. Start from
University and walk west. Penguin is on a side street called
McCaul. Metropolis is on Spadina, and Rotate is past
Bathurst. All of these stores will let you privately preview
a disc or vinyl before you buy.

Actually I should have said Penguin has little vinyl.

hmmm, guess I won't be moving to Toronto, if you can't even
get Geogaddi in a store there...

No kidding... Geogaddi had a large display in my local hmv
(by large display i mean about 40 copys of the disc on the
New release section, which is quite large for an electronic
group in my oppinion).
