Hey people. This may seem like a sort of odd request but I
am looking for a place to stay in Iceland for a week in
March.

There would be three guests in all and it would make our
stay a HELL of a lot cheaper. God damnit. EVERYTHING in
iceland is more expensive and the conversion rate from
american money is worthless.

My guests and I would be perfectly well-behaved and lowkey.
There would be some extraneous noise at some hours due to
music making, but there is always headphones for that.

If you can help out, please e-mail me at
ho7m41l@hotmail.com

thanks for listening, xltronic

Alcohol is unbelivably expensive there. I believe that they
had prohibition till the eighties. So maybe they are used to
paying a lot for booze.

Everything, true, but the prices of alcohol are on a
criminal level.
You can make some moonshine though, because apples are
cheaper than water when The Fruit Ship arrives and brings
more stuff than the Icelandic folk can possibly eat.

Þorramatur consists of many different types of food,
for example sour ram's testicles, rotten shark, burned sheep
heads, sheep's head jam, blood pudding, dried fish (often
cod or haddock) with butter and many other courses that are
considered delicious among many islanders.
