I was just wondering what people think. Which is worse in the workplace: A Micromanager; someone who combs over every single little detail and nitpicks to everybody. You could be wearing a tie that is slightly off from the company regulations, or put a comma in the wrong place, or something, and they come down on you for EVERYTHING, or A Macromanager; someone who never takes the time to learn their job, but instead just gets everybody else to do if for them, and complains and threatens when people don't do it even though that may be against union regulations. I know in the ideal wokplace, you don't have either, but which do you think would be worse to work with. |
