perhaps it won't go the way of basically every other movie based on a videogame. uwe boll isn't involved, so there's one thing done right. my computer doesn't play embedded .wmv files in firefox, nor have i ever played any of the silent hill games, or any action horror game. i'm a big wuss like that. so uhm enjoy i think |

and I have to say, they seem to have captured 95% of the aesthetics of the games, which is a great achievement, even if the film ends up sucking bad. |

yeah it really does. SAMUEL RARAHR and they got the theme tune in there thank fuck. i HOPE they dont resort to nu metal wank to try help promote it. i dont want any breakybeatish drums in the whole thing. no modern fight scens poo. the site looks good too. |

So far so good, there was nothing in that trailer to suggest badness, and it looked tr00 to the games. Akira Yamaoka doing the soundtrack guarantees right off the bat that this is going to be the best video game movie ever. Hopefully that doesn't end up just being faint praise. |
