Nothing, Funkstorung have played autechre as they are
pretending to play live. They are charlatans.

I only really like the rap tracks on this album. The rest
is pretty generic I.D.M. It's not bad, just nothing
special.

It sounds with any unnecessaries? I only listen to
unnecessaries.

It's always fun to see people making the same mistake,
Funkstörung - Appetite for Disctruction.

Back in the days it was a great album although it was
obvious who influenced them. I don't listen much to it
anymore nowadays because it's kind of dated.

disctruction isn't dated... it's still a gem and way better
than almost all new crap that comes out and definitely
better than any of the crap people make here.
extremely rich very well controlled texture. lots of form
and microscopic detail. just plain more aurally
'interesting' than the vast majority of typical idm.
autechre did it the 'right way' and should be
'copied'. though this album is very original and not a copy
per se, just gives similar attention to aesthetics of
microscopic interesting detail/texture. autechre are
impossible to imitate at all anyway except by a select few
with the right imagination and right equipment.

aphex twin... on the come to daddy album he ventured further
into his own psyche than any human ever. it is impossible to
merely imagine sound like this, let alone craft it in
reality using stubborn counterintuitive machines with
primitive human fingers. How many people are as insane as
aphex twin but just havn't reached the popularity level for
many/any to know about them? The come to daddy album is such
an impossibly amazing piece of work It really is very very
special.
