Our faves like Squarepusher, autechre, boc, aphex

We all know they have skillls in common like:

- melody production
- percussion ability
- sense of structure
- they each can flip or distort the expected pace of a
track

but whats particular to each one that the others just
haven't got?

Squarepusher.....i think he drives a tune forward like
nobody

Autechre............the intertwining of so many different
ideas with pure digital sounds

BoC..................saturated nostalic sounds

Aphex...............close to squarepusher but more the pace
is driven with the brain, where i think SP drives it with
the body
more, if that makes sense

aphex - ability to compose, dynamics in his songs and sets
keeps growing, almost never repeats the same pattern..i'd
say he's talented more than anyone else and if not that more
hardworking than any other producer.

autechre - great feel for space and subtleness!

pusher - melancholy and emotions in general

boc - warm sounding dope smoking kinda feel to it

One of the traits these wildly diverse groups share is their
ability to annoy Earthleakage.

aphex twin : he is the motherfucking daddy, listen again to
Steppingfilter_101 if you're not convinced yet : awesome
sense of melody

autechre - WEIRD ALIEN sounds, awesome beats, hidden
melodies

BoC : beautiful, touching, nostalgic but also... strange and
dark

squarepusher : he shoves pomme de terre
