sometimes while im sitting around the house my mind will go
on extreme awesome mode where my brain only processes
extremely awesome and intense action oriented thoughts for a
few seconds and its not provoked by anything usually

I think I have that! is that when all voices are shouting
even though they're not?

not really voices, but, actions i guess. stuff is very
action oriented, like lots of backflips and spins and
whirls. no shouting though. sometimes, like 'HYAAH", or,
"OOF!" or, "UNGGH!"

sometimes i attribute that to insanity. Like i will be
reading and then i picture a situation that never
happened....

lets say someone talking shit to my dad. And then the next
10 minutes of me systematically breaking them down. Its
awesome but i dont know where it comes from.

nah, I think its just that using the international network
eventually leaves you with a short attention span

Heh. A.D.D.

I was diagnosed with an extreme case of add as a kid. Its
really not worth sweating, really.

Thats one of the most beautifull modular synthesizer racks I
have ever seen. I just wanted to share it. I thought there
was no better place than in a conversation about A.D.D.
(since the gear threads last about 5 posts average here)

My limited knowledge of modular systems would approximate
the electronics alone in that piece to be worth at least
$50k. I don't even want to guess how much the builder valued
the whole thing at.

I guess I will look real stupid in asking this. What exactly
does it do?

Well, before most synthesizers came in self contained boxes,
they were series of modules that you would patch together
with cables. Pretty much, it synthesizes and shapes sounds,
like any other synthesizer, only it gives you more options
with signal paths and things like that. Its kind of like
reaktor, only in real life.

its a suppository medicine

Simply put, each of those twelve compartments on average
probly holds enough analogue circuitry to kick the ass of
most normal market synthesizers. And they are all designed
to work with eachother, and any other gear that they get
routed to. Thats about 12X the kicking of asses. And 200
times the kicking of stefano_azevenods ass.

are, and that isn't even a man.
