If any electronic musicians are looking for some easy
"glitch - drill'n'bass" VSTs, have a look here. :)

Thanks, we don't normally like spamming from people who
haven't joined the community first, but when it's for good
free VSTs like these, I don't mind :)

I like bitboy, not tried any others yet.

is it possible to get these to work in reaktor?

No, synthedit is an inferior host to reaktor. However, it is
better in some respects because, THERE'S SUPPORT FOR BLOODY
STANDALONE VSTS! Unlike Reaktor.

thanks, so in conclusion, one must own synthedit (or fruity)
as well as reaktor for the best of both worlds - but cannot
use them in conjunction? fuck it all gets so complicated.

Synthedit is a way or making synths/fx. So is reaktor. The
difference is synthedit (aside from being free and a bit
trickier to use and the synths produced being less
cpu-friendly) can make synths that don't require the user to
have, or even of heard of synthedit. It makes VSTs which can
be run in almost any music sequencing host worth bothering
with. Reaktor can also run as a VST (amongst other ways),
however, you then need to run the synth created
within Reaktor's wrapper VST.

Simple eh? :)

It's the reason I tried Bitboy instead of the others. It's
bad enough being caught making IDM instead of working. If
you're looking at pseudo-images of young girls in a state of
undress, no boss is going to let it slide when you say, "I'm
no deviant, I'm just making music, listen!".

He'll say, "Here's a track name for you, bitch, 'P45 - Clear
your desk now'."

"Here's a track name for you, bitch, 'P45 - Clear
your desk now'."

Good idea for a concept single - The sound of being fired.
Kind of downtempo developing into full on drunken sense of
injustice and climaxing with a sample of a traffic cone
being thrown through an offfice window at 2am.

...Followed by a gabber track of burglar alarm and police
sirens.

Want to do a split EP? Track one, "Cause", must include at
least 1 jackdark vst with an explicit interface. Track two,
"Effect" is a mood evoking piece representing actually being
fired. Track 3 "Result" is the drunken misbehaviour that
follows. Track four "Aftermath" is a solemn ambient piece
reflecting on the previouos nights events as you nurse your
hangover in a police cell.

Let me know which tracks you want to do and we'll make it
happen.

If you want to make the interface even more explicit, just
press the little rectangle that is just below this light.

I love how the genre has been simplified into small easy to
use effects now. It really pisses off the hot shot glitch
kids out there who think the discovered the wheel once they
found out how to chop amens.

Hopefully this will saturate the genre, rasing the bar for
producers want to get noticed.

RISE FROM YOUR GRAVE!!!!!

any high quality stuff?

in all respect, but i personally hardly find any good use in
these plugins, except the two synths, the Bends and the SID
thing. The glitch things only sounded very good with vocals
and sounds, but not on beats. Though i've downloaded them
all, and so far havent yet threw them off my hdd, so i might
even use them more eventually, and very maybe, change my
critisism on them.

Anyways good job dark !

Thanks Fah, I recommended reading the .TXT file that comes
in each .ZIP for each plug. The .TXT file contains tricks
'n' techniques explaining how to utilize the features of
each VST presented.

all of the beat manipulator ones all sound the same and do
the same thing and do not keep the beat on rhythm, just
makes it go all over the place and sound like you are
venetian snares.

you should rename them to, the venetian
snares-o-matics

The bad anime softcore porn GUIs are so embarrasing to look
at I can't bring myself to download most of these plugins.
It's nice that you're into that sort of thing, but uh, on a
vst effect?

I did try the sid and chip things at the bottom of the page
though, which possibly don't work properly in cubase sx as
they sound pretty broken.

i assume they are meant to sound like that........

ive never felt "glitcH" plugins , whats wrong with simple
manual retriggering , clever programming and some
granulizers?

What about using it to make sound, which you bounce to wave
and then manipulate/cut up and re-arrange?
