It would've been funnier if he'd died of a heart attack and
the producers left his body in a skip behind the Vh1
studios.

"I feel bad energy in here."

I agree, but it all looked kind of fake.

Thanks for your interest in Google Video.

Currently, the playback feature of Google Video isn't
available in your country.

We hope to make this feature available more widely in the
future, and we really appreciate your patience.

I think he means the animal rights guy was an actor, and his
reaction was fake. I think it's real though.

I like the way, even though he's scared beyond all rational
thought and he has witnessed the laws of nature being
broken, he still doesn't forget to act camp.

which opens up the question whether one has a choice in
being camp, or if one is born that way.

Well, if it's genuine, it is interesting. When one is in a
extreme situation do we revert to our "true" selves. Or, you
know, is acting camp so pervasive that even when we stand at
the brink of madness, we can still maintain a limp wrist and
a "Oh my god"

If you saw that thing and you didn't have time to actually
think about what you had just seen, of course you would run
away. I don't see the point in screaming like a big girl's
blouse, though.

offline Anus_Presley on 2006-01-01 10:35 [#01809885]

Campness is learrned, I'm surre (to a degrree). But, once
it's been learrned (to a degrree), I a perrson doesn't have
to trry.

offline Anus_Presley on 2006-01-01 10:40 [#01809886]
Points: 23472 Status: Lurker

Come on though, it's not fake is. The whole prrank prroably
drragged out forr ages, thinking about it tearrms of when he
firrst got the fake job etc... it'll all have seemed verry
believable, especially considerring the guys naturral
flighty stupidity.

offline swears from junk sleep on 2006-01-01 10:40 [#01809889]
Points: 6474 Status: Lurker

But we had camp kids at our school, you could tell they born
like that. They were too young to even know what the word
"camp" means. Some people do put it on though.

I guess all behaviour, reactions, etc are learned, to a
degree, so yeah, camp, as well, is just as valid. Good,
we've sorted that out like gentlemen. Proceed to the talking
bollocks.
