I agree with the smoking ban. Being a non-smoker, working behind a bar was disgusting. It's not even the passive smoking business I don't like, I just don't like it in my face! Most people are really good with knowing when it's appropriate to smoke, but it really is like kneelling down behind a car in that situation. |

i agree with it also the idea i was bringing up was the fact that the govt is so quick to cut off smoking in bars, yet in terms of pollution havent done ANYTHING nearly that drastic...interesting... |

there was some special on the history channel last night called 'the next plague'. it was about the worst case scenario involving avian flu. basically it was along the lines of fox new's scare tactics to get you to tune in. they had various 'experts' talking about what could happen while they showed clips of past disasters. then at the end they decided to mention that they were describing the worst case scenario and that it probably wouldn't happen. it was horrid. |
