high quality .wav sample

a synth thats, like, "EHHHHMMMMMREEEEEEEEGGHH!!!!"

its kinda like.. going down like a motor powering down. i
cant produce the noise on my own, so i was wondering if one
of y'all could possibly create or locate something. its got
to sound real 80's though, i dont know, you know those
sounds that are in all of those 80's sci-fi movies, like the
sound of elevators and stuff, its real like.... MHEEHEHM,
HEHM! HEEEEHHHHHHHHHMMMMMMRRR

If you can get a good, constant synth note with lots of
sustain, open that as a wav in Soundforge or something. Then
use the pitch bend feature to make the pitch of the note
drop towrds the end. Or something.
