"Contrary to rumours circulating there is also nothing to
suggest that a plane is involved in this incident."

but I guess, they might say that regardless of the
situation.......maybe

It's funny that the BBC are actually REQUESTING viewers to
post video feed and pictures onto their site. That's just
lazy.

random happenings do happen. i have a feeling its totally
coincidence. Off course, that won't stop them from using the
group psychology to take advantage of this politically.

I wouldn't be suprised if it was the us using it as a
distraction during the environmental talks that they are oh
so unpopular with nowadays.

holy shit, this better not be those terrorist fuckers
again!

I was sorta dozing really early this morning when it
exploded and although I'm 15 miles away from that depot. in
the south of London it felt like the whole house had been
shoved a few inches down the road. I am currently mourning
the loss of a clay model I had on my shelf. Argh.

Yeah at dead on 6am this morning there was an almighty
explosion, massivly loud. It woke up everyone in the house
straight away. I live in St Albans about 6 miles away from
the depot (as the crow flies).
That was probably the loudest explosion I have ever heard.
The IRA set of a bomb in St Albans town centre a few years
ago but that was nothing compared to this.
There was also 4 or 5 smaller explosions afterwards in the
10 mins after, but these were fairly quiet and were more
like fireworks, but that first one. KABOOM it was big!

Looks like most people are ok which is good. I know a guy
who lives about a mile away from it in Leverstock Green, and
wondered if he was ok, but then he was interviewed on BBC
news, so will have to ask him about it at work tomorrow.
