Anyway here are the CDs I settled upon - there were some
more but I couldn't find them in stock anywhere for a
reasonable price.

Boduf Songs - Boduf Songs (new guy on Kranky)
M83 - Before the Dawn Heals Us
Morphine - Cure For Pain
Nick Drake - Pink Moon
Modest Mouse - The Moon and Antarctica
Cat Power - You Are Free
Yo La Tengo - Prisoners of Love (compilation).
Babyshambles - Down in Albion

So not much electronica, apart from M83, which is barely
electronic really.

I also ordered DVDs:

Lynch - Wild At Heart (collectors' edition - just had to get
this version, the film is amazing)
Lynch - Twin Peaks: Fire Walk With Me (had been delaying
seeing this until the second season of TP came out on DVD,
but I have lost my patience now)

those are actually all cds i already have on mp3 and love
enough to warrant getting the actual cd.

10,000 hz legend is one of my favorite albums of all time,
along with msi and lp5, which is why i need them NOW!
