yeah thats the waveform editor from some old tracker. from
the looks of it, might not be bad, but i recommend you look
into madtracker 2 or renoise. all trackers do the same
things but i reckon renoise is the best one.

madtracker can't do 10% of what renoise can.
i´d made stuff in mt2 for ages but it did'nt take long to
realize the benefits of renoise.

That font and cursor look a bit amgia-or-atari-ish. it could
be one of those old trackers. like noisetracker,
soudtracker, protracker, etc.
